On-the-Day Coordination

We step in 6–8 weeks before your wedding to take over timelines, liaise with suppliers, refine logistics, and manage the full celebration so you can stay present and savour every moment.

You’ve thoughtfully curated every detail - now it’s time to hand it over. This standalone service is perfect for couples who don’t require full planning or coordination, but want their venue styled with care, precision, and an editorial eye.

On the day, we’ll style your tablescape, ceremony space, signage, and decorative elements exactly as envisioned, ensuring every detail feels seamless and beautifully arranged.

This service includes:
– 2–4 hours of on-site set-up
– Styling of tables, ceremony area, signage & curated details
– Use of a styling brief created or reviewed in advance
